Every writer needs a good editor. Condor Books offers various levels of editing. We can point you to the editing package you need, depending on where you are in the writing process.
We offer:

Rates: In order to provide you with an actual rate for your project, Condor Books needs to assess the various components of your work.
We charge per word. Our prices range from 1 USD cent per word to 6 USD cents per word, depending on the service. The following services are organized in descending order from most expensive ( 6 USD cents per word to least expensive (1 USD cent per word):

developmental editing, structural editing, rewriting

heavy stylistic and/or copy editing

moderate stylistic and/or copy editing

manuscript analysis

proofreading

Rush rate: an additional 25% is added to the standard rate for rush projects.
Once you request a free quote, we can send you a bid for the entire project. Per-project rates give you a clear sense of what you will end up paying, without any surprises. Everything is calculated up front before we begin.
